How we run a brand sprint in four weeks

Four weeks is short for an identity, and that is the point. Constraints force decisions.
Week one: listen
A half-day positioning workshop with founders, then interviews with five customers. By Friday we write the brand in one sentence and get it signed.
Week two: explore
Three territories, each pushed far enough to feel real: logo sketches, type, colour, a homepage and a social post.
Week three: commit
One direction, refined across every touchpoint we can think of. This is where the system gets built.
Week four: hand over
Guidelines, templates and a training session. The meeting we never skip is the last one: the founders present the brand back to us.
