It uses a standard repayment formula with the rate and term you choose. Figures are estimates for planning only and exclude taxes and insurance; your lender will give you exact terms.

We find and vet tenants and prepare leases. For day-to-day management we introduce landlords to local property managers we trust.
A security deposit of one month's rent, held in a separate escrow account as Maine law requires, plus the first month's rent before move-in. We return the deposit, with an itemised statement, within 30 days of the lease ending.
Most of our rentals are let on twelve-month leases. Some furnished homes are available for six to nine months, which suits people relocating while they look for a home to buy.
It depends on the landlord and the building. Each listing says whether pets are welcome; where they are, we usually ask for a short pet reference and a modest additional deposit.
