What Maren & Stone collects when you book a viewing, contact us or subscribe, why we keep it and how to ask us to remove it.
What we collect
Only what you give us: your name, email address, phone number, preferred viewing times and anything you tell us about the home you are buying, selling or renting.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange and confirm viewings, and, if you opt in, to send The Letter, our monthly email. We never sell or rent your details to anyone.
Saved homes and comparisons
Homes you save or add to compare are stored only in your own browser. They never reach our systems, and clearing your browser data removes them.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and viewing details are kept while we are working together and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from The Letter at any time. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write to privacy@marenandstone.com or to our studio at 22 Wharf Row, Portland.
