Our story
Maren & Stone was founded in 2008 by Maren Lindqvist, a Portland estate agent, and Elliot Stone, a preservation architect. They believed that people buying and selling homes of character deserved advice as considered as the houses themselves.
We are still a small, independent practice. We take on fewer clients than most agencies so that every sale, purchase and tenancy has a partner's attention from start to finish.
