Our opticians begin with a full examination: refraction, eye health and your pupillary distance, measured by hand.
Then the frames arrive on a velvet tray, chosen for your face and your prescription. Take your time. The appointment is complimentary, and so is every adjustment afterwards, for as long as you wear the frame.
