Our 15-day returns window
Unworn, unwashed items with tags attached may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or a size exchange. Swimwear must still have its hygiene liner in place. One size exchange per order is free.
What we cannot accept
Swimwear that has been worn in water, items without tags or hygiene liner, and washed or altered clothing cannot be returned, unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
How to return
Write to us with your order number. We will arrange a pick-up where our courier partners offer the service, or share a return address.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 working days of the return reaching us. Banks may take a further 5 to 7 working days.
