We want your parcel to reach you before your flight, and we want returns to be simple when the fit is not right.
Delivery
Delivery is free on orders over ₹2,499. Smaller orders carry a flat delivery charge, shown at checkout. We deliver across India.
Every order is dispatched within 48 hours and usually arrives in 2 to 6 working days, depending on your pin code. You will receive a tracking link by email once your parcel is on its way.
Payment
We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, and netbanking, all processed securely through Razorpay.
Returns
You may return any unworn, unwashed item with its tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or a size exchange. Swimwear must still have its hygiene liner in place.
Damaged or incorrect items
If anything arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, write to us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 working days of your return reaching us. Your bank may take a further 5 to 7 working days to reflect it.
