Plans change. Here is how we handle it.
## Date changes
One date change is free up to 21 days before your event, subject to venue and team availability.
## Cancellations
More than 30 days before the event, we refund everything except the deposit. Between 30 and 8 days, we refund 50% of the booking value. Within 7 days, bookings are not refundable because food and staff are already committed.
## Tickets
Tickets to supper clubs and tastings can be transferred to another guest at any time, and refunded up to 72 hours before the event.
Refunds go to your original payment method within 7 working days.
