Weddings are usually booked 6 to 12 months ahead and corporate events 4 to 8 weeks. Catering alone can often be arranged with 14 days' notice.
Catering is priced per guest and includes staff, crockery and set-up. Planning packages are a fixed fee per event. Venue hire and add-ons are quoted separately, and your proposal shows every line.
Yes. Book a tasting at any of our kitchens. It is free for confirmed bookings and can be credited against your booking otherwise.
Every menu has vegetarian, vegan, Jain and gluten-free options, and allergens are labelled on each dish. Tell us in your brief and the kitchen plans separate preparation.
You can change the guest count up to 7 days before the event. After that we charge for the confirmed number, and can usually add up to 10% more guests on the day.
One date change is free up to 21 days before the event. Cancellations more than 30 days out are refunded less the deposit; see the Cancellations page for the full schedule.
Tickets to supper clubs and tastings are bought through the cart like any package. Your confirmation email is your ticket, and seats can be transferred to another guest at any time.
Yes. We visit beforehand to check power, water and access, and bring a field kitchen if the venue has none.
