These terms cover visits, quotes and maintenance plans booked with Pipewright in Bengaluru.
Bookings and prices
- The visit charge shown when you book covers the plumber's trip and diagnosis. It is adjusted against the final bill if you go ahead with the work.
- Before any work starts, the plumber tells you the price and you approve it. Parts are charged at the printed MRP.
- Emergency (ASAP) visits carry a ₹299 surcharge, shown before you book.
Changes and cancellations
You can cancel or move a visit for free up to 2 hours before the slot. Online payments for a cancelled visit are refunded to the original method within 5–7 working days.
Quotes
A written quote is valid for 14 days. Accepting it books the work at the quoted amount; extra work found on site needs your approval first.
Warranty
Our workmanship has a 90-day warranty. If the same fault returns, we fix it free. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, other people's work or parts you supply.
AMC plans
- A plan starts on the day it is paid and runs for the billing period chosen.
- Included visits must be used within the plan period and do not carry over.
- Plans can be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund if no visit has been used.
Liability
We are insured for damage caused by our work. Our liability for any one job is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
