Pipewright ("we") runs this website and the plumbing visits booked through it. This page explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number, email and the address of the visit.
- What you tell us about the problem, including any photos you upload.
- Booking, quote, plan and payment records. Card and UPI details are handled by our payment partner, Razorpay; we never see or store them.
- Basic technical data such as your browser and pages viewed, to keep the site working.
How we use it
- To send a plumber, keep you updated by email or phone and issue invoices.
- To answer questions you send us and handle complaints or warranty claims.
- To meet tax and accounting rules in India.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who sees it
The plumber assigned to your job sees your name, phone, address and the problem. Our payment, email and hosting providers process data only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
Booking and invoice records are kept for 8 years for tax purposes. Photos and messages are deleted 2 years after the job is closed.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details by writing to help@pipewright.example or through our contact page. We reply within 30 days.
