Do you really come out at night for emergencies?+
Yes. Our emergency crew works 24/7, including Sundays and festivals. Book an ASAP visit or call the emergency line and we dispatch the nearest plumber, usually within 45 minutes in covered areas. The emergency surcharge is shown before you confirm.
What does the visit fee cover?+
The visit fee covers the plumber travelling to you and diagnosing the problem. If you go ahead with the repair, it is adjusted against the labour. AMC members pay no visit fee.
Can I pay after the job is done?+
Yes. Choose 'Pay after the visit' when booking and pay the final bill by UPI, card or cash once the work is finished. You can also pay the visit fee online when you book.
Are the prices on the website final?+
Prices on the website are for labour on standard jobs. If spares are needed, the plumber shows you the part and its MRP before fitting it. Bigger jobs get a written quote first.
Are your plumbers verified?+
Every Pipewright plumber is background-verified, trained in-house, insured, and carries a photo ID. You see their name and photo on your job page before they arrive.
Do you give a warranty?+
Repairs carry a 30 to 90-day labour warranty depending on the service, and re-piping joints carry one year. If the same problem comes back, we return free.
Which areas do you cover?+
We cover most of Bengaluru, from Yelahanka to Electronic City and Rajajinagar to Whitefield. Check your postcode on the Areas page.
How does the AMC work?+
Pick a plan, pay monthly or yearly, and we schedule check-up visits through the year. Each visit is tracked on your plan page, and members get free visit fees and discounts on repairs.
