Orders
An order is accepted when payment is confirmed, or for cash on delivery when we send your confirmation email. Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. We work out every price on our server at checkout; what you see there is what you pay.
Drops and limits
Drop pieces are made once in small numbers and limited to two per customer, counted across orders placed with the same email. We may cancel orders that get around the limit and refund them in full.
Payment
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. A piece is held for you for 25 minutes while you pay; if payment does not go through, the hold is released.
Delivery
We ship across India. Orders leave the studio in 1 to 2 working days and usually arrive in 2 to 5 working days. Shipping is free over ₹2,999.
Returns
See the returns policy. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are not affected.
