How to return
- Write to us from the contact page with your order number and what you are sending back.
- We book a pickup from your address, free for your first return on an order.
- Pack the piece in its original bag with the tags on.
Refunds
Online payments are refunded to the original method within 5 to 7 working days of the piece reaching us. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI.
Exchanges
Need another size? We swap it while stock lasts, including on drop pieces. Exchanges for drop pieces count towards the two-per-customer limit only once.
What we cannot take back
Socks and anything worn, washed or without its tags.
