What we collect

When you order: your name, email, phone number and delivery address, and the pieces you bought. When you join the drop list or ask to be told about a restock: your email. When you write to us: what you send.

Card and UPI details go straight to Razorpay, our payment provider. We never see or store them.

Why

To deliver your order, send your receipt and tracking updates, answer your messages and, only if you asked, tell you about the next drop. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

Who else sees it

Our courier partners see your name, phone and address to deliver. Razorpay processes payments. Our hosting and email providers store data on our behalf.

Your choices

Leave the drop list from any email, or write to us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We keep order records for as long as tax law requires.

Your bag and wishlist

Your bag and saved pieces are kept in your own browser, not on our servers, until you check out.
