These terms apply to every booking made on Tripvana.
## Our role
Tripvana is a travel agent. Flights, hotels, cabs, trains, buses and cruises are provided by independent operators, and their terms apply alongside ours.
## Your booking
Names must match the photo ID of each traveller. Please check dates, names and timings before you pay. Correcting a mistake later may carry a fee from the operator.
## Prices
Prices are in Indian rupees and include taxes unless stated otherwise. Fares can change until payment is complete. Coupons cannot be combined and have no cash value.
## Travel documents
You are responsible for carrying valid ID, passports, visas and any permits or health certificates your trip requires.
## Changes by operators
Airlines and other operators may change schedules or cancel services. When this happens we help you rebook or claim a refund under the operator's policy.
## Liability
We are not liable for delays, losses or injuries caused by operators, weather, strikes or events outside our control. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
## Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
