You can cancel any booking from My Trips. The refund amount is shown before you confirm.
## Flights
Airline cancellation charges apply as per the fare rules shown at booking. Tripvana adds a service fee of ₹300 per traveller per sector. Non-refundable fares return only the unused taxes.
## Hotels
Rooms marked Free cancellation can be cancelled without charge until 24 hours before check-in. After that, the first night is charged. Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or changed.
## Holiday packages
30 days or more before departure: 90% refund. 15 to 29 days: 70%. 7 to 14 days: 40%. Less than 7 days: no refund. Flights within a package follow the airline's own rules.
## Group tours, treks and cruises
21 days or more before departure: 85% refund, or a free transfer to another date. 8 to 20 days: 50%. Less than 8 days: no refund.
## Cabs, trains and buses
Cabs are free to cancel up to 24 hours before pick-up. Train and bus tickets follow the operator's rules.
## Visas and insurance
Visa fees are non-refundable once an application is submitted. Insurance can be cancelled for a full refund before the trip starts.
## When you get your money
Refunds are started within 24 hours. UPI and wallets take 1 to 3 working days. Cards and net banking take 5 to 7 working days.
