Your e-ticket is emailed and sent by SMS within 10 minutes of payment. You can also download it any time from My Trips. If it has not arrived in 30 minutes, call us on +91 80 5550 0142 with your booking ID.
Yes, on most fares. Open the booking in My Trips and choose Change flight. You pay the airline's change fee plus any difference in fare. Saver fares on some airlines cannot be changed, and this is shown before you pay.
Most domestic economy fares include 15 kg of check-in baggage and 7 kg of cabin baggage. International allowances vary by route and are shown on every flight card. Extra baggage is cheaper when added online before you reach the airport.
Web check-in opens 48 hours before departure and closes 60 minutes before for domestic flights. International flights usually close 75 minutes before. Use our Web check-in page to go straight to your booking.
Most hotels check in from 2 pm and check out by 11 am. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability. Add a request while booking and we will pass it to the hotel.
Yes, at properties marked Pay at hotel. We hold the room with a card or UPI mandate and nothing is charged until you check in. Rooms without this label are prepaid.
Every adult needs a government photo ID such as an Aadhaar card, passport, driving licence or voter ID. PAN cards are not accepted as address proof. Foreign nationals need a passport and a valid visa.
Each package page lists its inclusions and exclusions. Most include hotels, breakfast, airport transfers, sightseeing by private cab and all taxes. Flights are included only where the package says so.
Yes. Change the hotel category, add nights, swap activities or add flights. Send a request from the package page and a travel expert will share a revised quote within four working hours.
UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, wallets and no-cost EMI on bookings above ₹10,000. International cards are accepted for all bookings.
Yes. Book any holiday above ₹20,000 with 25% now and pay the balance up to 15 days before departure. Group tours follow the schedule shown on the tour page.
Open the booking in My Trips and choose Cancel. You will see the exact refund before you confirm. Airline, hotel and operator charges apply as per their rules, plus our service fee of ₹300 per traveller on flights.
Refunds are started within 24 hours of cancellation. UPI and wallet refunds arrive in 1 to 3 working days, and cards and net banking in 5 to 7 working days.
Dubai e-visas take 3 to 4 working days, Singapore 4 to 5, and Thailand e-visas about 3. Schengen visas need an appointment and usually take 15 working days. Apply at least three weeks before travel. The decision always rests with the embassy.
