Tripvana sells travel, so nothing is shipped to your door. Everything you buy is delivered digitally.
## Flights, trains and buses
Your e-ticket is sent by email and SMS within 10 minutes of a successful payment. It also appears in My Trips, where you can download it at any time. Carry a government photo ID that matches the name on the ticket.
## Hotels
A hotel voucher with the confirmation number is emailed within 30 minutes. Show it at the front desk with your photo ID. During peak season a few properties confirm manually, which can take up to four hours.
## Holiday packages and group tours
You receive a booking confirmation at once and a full travel kit five days before departure. The kit has your hotel vouchers, driver or tour manager contact, day-wise plan and emergency numbers.
## Visas and insurance
E-visas are emailed as a PDF as soon as they are approved. Insurance policies are issued within one hour of payment.
## If something has not arrived
Check your spam folder first, then call +91 80 5550 0142 or write to hello@tripvana.example with your booking ID. If a booking cannot be confirmed, you receive a full refund.
