Orvalho Retreats Private Limited ("Orvalho", "we") runs this website and the retreat at Socorro Hill Road, Bardez, North Goa. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

When you book a stay, reserve a table, treatment or experience, or write to us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the dates and details of your request and anything you choose to tell us in a message. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card number.

Why we use it

To confirm and deliver your booking, to send your confirmation and invoice, to prepare for your arrival, and to answer your questions. If you sign up for our letters we email you a few times a year; every letter has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

Only with the services that make a booking possible: our payment processor, our email provider and, where you ask for a transfer or an experience, the driver or partner who will host you. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Booking and invoice records are kept for eight years as Indian tax law requires. Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after two years.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by writing to stay@orvalhoretreat.in. We reply within 30 days.
