Before you order
Sizing, alterations, delivery and care. For anything else, a tailor replies within one working day.
Jackets and suits are sold by chest size in inches, from 36 to 46. Measure around the fullest part of your chest over a shirt and round up to the nearest even number. The Find my size helper on each product page suggests a size from your height and weight, and a tailor will confirm it by email if you ask.
All three share the same chest size. Slim is closest through the waist and sleeve. Tailored is our standard cut with a gentle waist. Classic has more room in the chest and seat and a slightly longer jacket. If you are unsure, choose Tailored.
Yes. The first alteration to sleeve length, trouser hem or waist is free within 30 days of delivery. Send the garment back with your measurements, or ask us to hem trousers to your inside leg before dispatch. Altered garments cannot then be returned for a refund.
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours and arrive in 3 to 7 working days across India. Delivery is free on orders over ₹4,999; below that a flat charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Unworn, unaltered pieces with their tags can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or a different size. Refunds go to your original payment method within 2 working days of the return reaching us.
Hang it on a shaped hanger and let it rest for a day between wears. Brush it with a soft clothes brush, steam out creases and dry clean only once or twice a season. Knitwear should be hand washed cold and dried flat.
