Delivery
Delivery is free on orders over ₹4,999. Smaller orders carry a flat delivery charge, shown at checkout. We deliver across India.
Every order is dispatched within 48 hours and usually arrives in 3 to 7 working days, depending on your pin code. You will receive a tracking link by email once your parcel is on its way.
Payment
We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, and netbanking, all processed securely through Razorpay.
Alterations
The first alteration to sleeve length, trouser hem or waist is free within 30 days of delivery. Altered garments cannot be returned for a refund.
Returns
You may return any unworn, unaltered piece with its tags within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or a different size.
Damaged or incorrect items
If anything arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, write to us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 working days of your return reaching us. Your bank may take a further 5 to 7 working days to reflect it.
