These terms apply to your use of this website and to anything you buy from it.

The images

Every image on this site is the work of Arin Kade and is protected by copyright. Buying a print gives you the physical print, not the right to reproduce it. For licensing, write to hello@oblique-studio.in.

Editions

Each edition is limited to the number stated on its page, across all sizes, plus two artist proofs. When an edition sells out the file is retired and the image is never printed again at that size or larger.

Prices and orders

Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. An order is confirmed once payment is verified; you will receive a receipt and an invoice by email. If an edition sells out between your payment and our confirmation, we refund you in full within five working days.

Commissions and bookings

A commission enquiry or a viewing booking is not a contract. Commissions are confirmed in a separate written agreement.

Liability

We take care to describe each print accurately, but colours vary between screens. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai have jurisdiction.
