Privacy policy

Oblique Studio ("we") runs this website. This page explains what we collect and why. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you buy a print, book a viewing, reserve an exhibition place, send a message or a commission brief, we store the details you type into that form: usually your name, email, phone number and, for orders, a delivery address. If you join the studio letter we store your email address.

Why we collect it

Only to do the thing you asked for: make and ship your print, issue your invoice, hold your slot, reply to your message, or send the letter. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not run advertising trackers.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Card, UPI and bank details go directly to Razorpay and never reach our servers. We keep the payment reference so we can match your order.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for eight years because Indian tax law requires it. Messages, bookings and enquiries are deleted after two years unless they turn into an ongoing project.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Write to hello@oblique-studio.in and Mira Sethi will reply within 30 days.
