Shipping and returns

Every print is made to order, inspected under daylight, signed and numbered in the studio.

Making time

Allow 7 to 10 working days for printing, drying and signing. Larger sizes can take up to 14 days. We email you when your print leaves the studio.

Shipping in India

Shipping is free and insured to any Indian PIN code. Prints up to A2 travel flat between archival boards; larger prints travel rolled in a rigid tube with acid-free tissue.

International

We ship worldwide on request. Write to hello@oblique-studio.in with your address for a quote before ordering.

Damage in transit

If a print arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the print within 48 hours and send the photos to hello@oblique-studio.in. We will reprint it at no cost, using the same edition number.

Returns

Because each print is made to order and numbered, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. If something is wrong with the print itself, we will make it right.

Framing

We do not frame in-house, but we are happy to recommend framers in Mumbai, Delhi and Bengaluru who work to conservation standards.
