The consult
It starts with a chat. You show us the jacket, we find the worn spot, pick a patch color and mark where the hem wants to land.
The work
Most jobs take three to five working days. A pant hem is the quickest and always free; a custom embroidered patch is the most fun.
A good repair is a story. You just notice the jacket looks better than new.
