Bookings
Discovery calls are free. You can reschedule or cancel any booking up to 24 hours before it starts by replying to your confirmation email or calling us.
Paid consultations
The consultation fee is payable in advance. It is refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours ahead, and adjusted against any design package booked within 60 days.
Design packages
Packages are fixed-price and include GST. Work begins within three working days of payment and is delivered in the time shown on the package. Each package includes the revisions listed on it.
Full projects
Full-home projects are quoted after a site visit and governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, timelines and supplier costs.
Refunds
If we have not started work on a package, you may cancel for a full refund. Once a concept has been delivered, the fee is non-refundable. Refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7 working days.
Our designs
Drawings and specifications remain our intellectual property until paid in full, after which you may use them for your own home.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts of Mumbai have jurisdiction.
