What we collect
When you send an enquiry, book a call, buy a package or subscribe, we collect your name, email address, phone number, city and anything you choose to tell us about your home. Payments are handled by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or UPI details.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, run your booking or project, send confirmations and invoices, and, if you subscribed, send one newsletter a month. We do not sell or rent your information.
Who we share it with
Only the services that help us do the work: our payment processor (Razorpay), our email provider, and, during a project, the workshops and contractors who need your site address. Each is bound to use it only for that purpose.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for two years. Booking, order and invoice records are kept for eight years as required by Indian tax law. Newsletter subscribers can leave at any time by replying "unsubscribe".
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask to see, correct or delete your data. Write to studio@orielandstone.in and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use only the storage needed for the site to work, such as remembering that you are signed in. We do not use advertising trackers.
