Every Inkberry order is packed at our Bengaluru warehouse and handed to a courier within 24 hours. Orders placed before 2 pm on a working day leave the same day.
Shipping is free on orders over ₹499. Smaller orders carry a flat fee of ₹49 to ₹69, shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery takes 1 to 2 working days within Bengaluru, 2 to 4 working days to Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Chennai, Hyderabad and Pune, and 4 to 8 working days elsewhere in India. Enter your pincode on any product page to see the estimate for your address.
Cash on delivery is available at most pincodes for orders up to ₹5,000. You can pay the courier in cash or by UPI.
You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS when your parcel is picked up. If it has not moved for more than 3 working days, write to hello@inkberry.example and we will chase it.
Ink bottles and other glass items are wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in rigid boxes. If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund you in full.
At present we ship within India only.
