We want you to be happy with what you buy. If you are not, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
To start a return, write to hello@inkberry.example with your order number and the items you wish to send back. We arrange a free pickup at most pincodes. Where pickup is not available, we will reimburse courier charges up to ₹100.
Some items cannot be returned unless they are faulty: opened ink bottles and refills, used or written-in notebooks and planners, personalised or branded bulk orders, and add-ons such as gift wrap and handwritten notes.
Refunds are issued within 2 working days of the return reaching our warehouse. They go back to your original payment method and usually appear in 5 to 7 working days. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer.
If you receive a wrong, damaged or defective item, tell us within 48 hours with a photo. We will send a replacement at no cost or refund the full amount, including shipping.
Pens from Lamy and Pilot carry the manufacturer's warranty against defects. We will help you with the claim.
