Orders placed before 2 pm on a working day leave our Bengaluru warehouse the same day. Everything else is dispatched within 24 hours. You will get a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as the parcel is picked up.
Yes, as long as it has not been packed. Write to hello@inkberry.example or call +91 80 5550 0164 with your order number and we will edit or cancel it. Once dispatched, you can refuse delivery or use our 7-day return policy.
UPI, all major credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets through our secure payment partner. Cash on delivery is available at most pincodes for orders up to ₹5,000.
We do. Schools, offices and event planners can use the Bulk Orders form for a quote, custom branding and a GST invoice. Orders over ₹5,000 also qualify for 20% off with the code BULK20.
Shipping is free on orders over ₹499. Below that we charge a flat ₹49 to ₹69 depending on your pincode. Cash on delivery orders carry no extra handling fee.
Bengaluru orders arrive in 1 to 2 working days. Metro cities such as Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai and Hyderabad take 2 to 4 working days, and the rest of India takes 4 to 8. Enter your pincode on any product page for an exact estimate.
Yes, across most of India. Use the pincode check on the product page to confirm COD for your address. You can pay the courier by cash or UPI.
We pack inks and glass in bubble wrap and rigid boxes, but accidents happen. Send a photo of the parcel and the item to hello@inkberry.example within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. We arrange a free pickup at most pincodes. Opened ink bottles, refills, used notebooks and personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Refunds are issued within 2 working days of the return reaching our warehouse. They go back to the original payment method and usually show up in 5 to 7 working days. COD orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer.
Always. We buy Pilot, Uni-ball, Pentel, Zebra, Lamy, Faber-Castell, Staedtler and every other brand directly from the company or its authorised Indian distributor. Lamy pens carry the manufacturer's two-year warranty.
Look for paper of 90 gsm or more. Our Dot Grid Journal (120 gsm) and Leather Journal (150 gsm cotton rag) take fountain pen ink without feathering or bleed-through. The Paper Guide under Help explains gsm, ruling and sizes.
