Everything you need to apply
Our requirements are simple and the same in every building. Have these ready and most applications are reviewed within two business days.
Application fee
A $20 fee per adult applicant covers the credit and background check. It is added to your holding deposit at checkout.
Income
Household income of about 40 times the monthly rent, before tax. Offer letters, pay slips and tax returns all count.
Guarantors
If income falls short, a guarantor earning about 80 times the monthly rent can co-sign. Institutional guarantors are accepted.
Holding deposit
Shown on every apartment. It takes the home off the market while we review, is credited to your first month if approved, and refunded in full if not.
Documents
Photo ID, two recent pay slips or an offer letter, and the last two bank statements. Upload them with your application.
Timeline
Most complete applications are reviewed within two business days. Your account shows every step, and we email you at each one.

Rents are set in US dollars. At checkout you can pay the deposit in any currency we list; the rate used is shown before you pay and printed on your receipt.
