Terms of use

These terms cover the Northlight Residential website, tour bookings, rental applications and holding deposits.

Listings show the rent, deposit and availability we hold at the time you view them. Homes can be leased by someone else before your application is reviewed; if that happens, any deposit is refunded in full.

A holding deposit reserves one home while we review one application. It is credited to the first month's rent if approved, and refunded in full if we decline or you withdraw before approval.

Prices are set in US dollars. If you pay in another currency, the amount is converted at the rate shown at checkout and recorded on your receipt.
