These terms cover orders placed on this site with Crunch Storm.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. The amount you pay is the total shown at checkout, worked out on our server. Online payments are taken by Razorpay; cash on delivery is paid to the courier.

Delivery

Delivery is ₹79 and free on orders of ₹799 or more after any coupon. Orders packed by 2 pm ship the same working day; most cities take two to four working days.

Cancellations and returns

You can ask to cancel from your order page until it ships. Unopened boxes can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of the return reaching us.

Food information

Every ingredient is printed on the back of its bag and on its product page. Please read them if you have an allergy.
