This page explains what Crunch Storm collects when you visit, order or sign up, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Order details: your name, email, mobile number, delivery address and the map pin you set at checkout.
Payment references from Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
Emails you give us for restock alerts, the newsletter or a trade enquiry.

Why

To deliver your order, send its invoice and every tracking update, answer your messages and, only if you asked, tell you about restocks and new flavours.

Who else sees it

Our courier partners (name, phone, address and pin, to deliver), Razorpay (to take payment) and Google Maps (to look up an address you type). Nothing is sold.

Write to hello@crunchstorm.example to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
