The Essential Hoodie is where Merano started: one good hoodie, made properly. The fleece is brushed on the inside for warmth and left smooth outside so it does not pill.
A double-layer hood sits up on its own, and the ribbing is knitted with a little elastane so cuffs and hem keep their shape.
