The watch

Slips under a cuff.

An ultra-thin case asks for an ultra-thin movement. Our hand-wound MV·12 is barely 2.9 mm tall, which lets the case taper to almost nothing at the lugs.

The ivory dial is finished to feel like old enamel; the Roman numerals are printed, not applied, so nothing breaks the line.

Before you decide

What does the warranty cover?

Every Meridian & Vale watch carries a five-year international warranty covering the movement and any manufacturing defect. Register your watch on the warranty page within 60 days of purchase to extend it to seven years.

How often should my watch be serviced?

We recommend a full service every five to seven years. Our London atelier services every watch we make, and a complimentary pressure test is included once a year.

Can I change the strap or case finish?

Yes. Every product page has a configurator: choose the case size, dial colourway, strap and case finish, and see the price update before you add it to your bag. Straps can also be swapped later at any boutique.

Do you engrave casebacks?

We hand-engrave up to 24 characters around the sapphire caseback for $120. Engraved watches are made to order and ship within ten working days. Engraved pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.

How is my watch delivered?

Insured express delivery is complimentary worldwide. Every parcel is signed for and ships in a discreet outer box. Import duties are included for the UK, EU and US.

What is your returns policy?

Unworn watches in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. We collect the parcel from you at no charge.
