Charges
Delivery is free on orders over ₹7,500. Smaller orders carry a flat delivery charge, shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 3 working days, Monday to Saturday, and delivered in 3 to 7 working days across India. Remote pin codes can take a little longer.
Packing
Gowns and tailoring travel in a garment box with tissue; accessories in their dust bag or pouch.
Tracking
A tracking link is sent by email as soon as your order leaves the atelier. You can also follow it from your account.
Payment
We accept UPI, cards and netbanking through Razorpay.
Delivery attempts
Our courier partners make up to three delivery attempts. If a parcel comes back to us undelivered, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund of the product value.
