Sizing & fit
Each product page has a size guide with body measurements in centimetres for XS to XL, plus a fit note that says whether the piece runs close, true or oversized. If you are between sizes, write to us with your bust, waist and hip measurements and we will recommend one.
Yes. Hems and straps on any gown or suit are adjusted free of charge within 30 days of delivery. You send the piece back to the atelier with your measurements; we return it within about a week.
Orders & delivery
Orders are dispatched within 3 working days and delivered in 3 to 7 working days across India. Delivery is free on orders over ₹7,500; smaller orders carry a flat delivery charge shown at checkout before you pay.
We make in short runs. When a piece shows as out of stock, the run has sold. Some pieces, such as the Marguerite gown, are made again on request: write to us and we will tell you when the next ones are due.
UPI, credit and debit cards and netbanking, all processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.
Returns
Any unworn piece with its tags attached can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrive faulty. Refunds go to the original payment method within 3 working days of the return reaching us.
Care
Follow the care line on the product page and the sewn-in label. As a rule: dry clean crepe, wool and tulle; hand wash satin, jersey and knit in cool water; steam rather than iron; and store gowns hanging in a breathable cover.
