How your order reaches you, and what to do if it is not right.
Delivery
Delivery is free on orders over ₹7,500. Smaller orders carry a flat delivery charge, shown at checkout. We deliver across India.
Every order is dispatched within 3 working days and usually arrives in 3 to 7 working days, depending on your pin code. You will receive a tracking link by email once your parcel is on its way.
Payment
We accept UPI, credit and debit cards and netbanking, all processed securely through Razorpay.
Returns and exchanges
You may return or exchange any unworn piece, with its tags, within 14 days of delivery. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrive faulty.
Alterations
Hems and straps on any gown or suit are adjusted free of charge within 30 days of delivery. A piece we have altered for you can no longer be returned.
Damaged or incorrect items
If anything arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, write to us within 48 hours with your order number and a photograph. We will replace it or refund you in full.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 working days of your return reaching us. Your bank may take a further 5 to 7 working days to show it.
