Fourteen days to decide
Any unworn piece with its tags attached may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
What we cannot accept
Pieces that have been worn, washed, altered elsewhere or returned without tags. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrive faulty.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Write to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photograph. We will replace the piece or refund you in full, at no cost to you.
How to return
Write to us with your order number. We arrange a pick-up where our courier partners offer one, or share the atelier's return address.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 working days of the return reaching us. Banks may take a further 5 to 7 working days.
