Work / Monsoon Market
A food festival scheduled in the wettest week of the year turned the rain into the headline.

01 — The challenge
Ticket sales stalled every time the forecast turned grey. The organisers wanted to move the dates; we asked them to lean in instead.
02 — Our approach
An umbrella-print visual language, a 'rain check' guarantee and wayfinding painted to glow when wet. Every stall got a matching kit so the whole street read as one brand.
03 — The outcome
Pre-sales sold out a week early and the festival drew 48,000 people over four nights.
48Kvisitors in four nights

We were ready to cancel because of the rain. Voltface made the rain the reason to come. Best call we never wanted to make.
