No pizza is baked before you order it. Dough is stretched, topped and baked only after your order reaches the kitchen.
## Hot on arrival
Orders travel in insulated bags. If your pizza arrives cold, tell us within an hour and we replace it.
## Right or replaced
If we get your order wrong, we send the right one free of charge or refund the item.
## Veg stays veg
Veg and non-veg items are prepared on separate counters with separate tools and colour-coded cutters.
