Unused tanks, equipment and hardscape can be returned within 30 days. Livestock and plants cannot be returned, but are covered by the arrive-alive guarantee. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Gift cards are sent by email on the date you choose, never expire and can be spent on anything in the shop or on design and maintenance services.
