Do you charge buyers a fee?
For most resale homes our fee is 1% of the transaction value plus GST, payable on registration. On developer launches the developer pays us, so there is no fee to you. We always confirm the fee in writing before your first visit.
What is the token amount and is it refundable?
Reserving a home online takes a token of ₹50,000 to ₹2,00,000 depending on the listing. It takes the property off the market for 14 days while due diligence is done. If the title or documents do not check out, the token is refunded in full.
Can you help with a home loan?
We work with four private banks on jumbo home loans and can usually get an in-principle approval within a week. Use the EMI calculator on any listing to estimate repayments.
Can I buy from abroad as an NRI?
Yes. NRIs and OCI card holders can buy residential property in India freely. Our international desk handles virtual viewings, power of attorney, FEMA-compliant payments through NRE/NRO accounts and property management after handover.
How do site visits work?
Book a date and time slot on any listing or on the Book a visit page. The listing agent confirms within two working hours, and we send a car for visits to Alibaug and Goa. Virtual walkthroughs on video call are available for every listing.
How do you value my home before I sell?
We compare registered transactions from the last 24 months in your building and micro-market, then adjust for floor, view, condition and plan. You get a written range within 48 hours, free and without obligation.
Are all listings RERA registered?
Every new launch we sell is RERA registered and the number is shown on the listing. Older resale homes completed before RERA do not need a project number, and we verify their occupancy certificates instead.
Do you manage rentals after the sale?
Yes. Our lettings team finds tenants, handles agreements and police verification, and our partners manage maintenance for holiday homes in Goa and Alibaug.
