Founded in Colaba in 2012. Four offices, five advisors, and a deliberately short list of homes.
Noirvale began as a two-desk office above a Colaba bookshop. Its founder, Arjun Malhotra, had spent a decade in private banking watching families buy the most important homes of their lives through portals and strangers.
The idea was simple: represent fewer homes, know each one completely, and treat every client's privacy as seriously as their money. Fourteen years later most of what we sell still changes hands without ever being advertised.
Today we advise on sea-facing residences in Mumbai, restored villas in Goa, weekend homes in Alibaug and family bungalows in Bengaluru and Gurugram, for buyers here and in a dozen countries abroad.
Discretion
Most of our best homes are never advertised. Neither are our clients.
Fewer, better listings
We take on homes we would buy ourselves, and know each one room by room.
Honest numbers
Valuations based on registered transactions, not on what you hope to hear.
After the keys
Interiors, staff, rentals and resale. We stay for the life of the home.

“A great home is never just square feet and a view. It is the morning light in the kitchen, the walk to the sea, the neighbours you will grow old beside. Our job is to know all of that before you ask.”
Arjun spent a decade in private banking before founding Noirvale in 2012. He still personally leads every South Mumbai and Worli mandate.
