We collect only what we need to run the store: the details you give us at checkout, in a review, in a back-in-stock request, when booking an installation or service, when sending a gift card, or when you join the Sentrava Security mailing list.
We use them to confirm and deliver orders, confirm service bookings, email you when a product is back in stock and, if you subscribed, send product news. We never sell your data.
Your camera footage is yours. It is encrypted, only you and the people you share access with can view it, and we do not look at it or use it for advertising.
You can ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time at hello@sentrava.example. We reply within 30 days.
