Getting here
How do I reach the island?
Fly into the mainland airport, then take our speedboat from the mainland jetty. The crossing takes about forty minutes; add the jetty transfer when you book and we meet you at arrivals.
Your stay
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00. If your boat lands early, the Sandbar lounge has showers and a pool while your villa is readied.
Are children welcome?
Yes. The Beach Pool Villa and the Reef Residence are designed for families, children under six stay free, and the Tidepool Club runs every morning.
Booking
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival for a full refund. Inside 14 days, the first night is non-refundable. Festive peak stays need 30 days' notice.
Is there a minimum stay?
Most villas need two nights, the Reef Residence three. During the festive peak the minimum rises to four or five nights. The calendar shows the rule for your dates.
Experiences
How do I book an experience or a spa treatment?
Pick a date, a time and the number of guests on the experience page. Each session has a fixed number of places, so popular ones fill early.

Is the reef protected?
The house reef is a no-take zone. We provide reef-safe sunscreen in every villa and ask guests never to touch or stand on coral.
