Monthly plans
You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid month; we do not refund part months.
Yearly plans
If you cancel within 14 days of a yearly purchase we refund the full amount. After that, the plan stays active until the end of the paid year.
How to ask
Write to billing@arclay.in with your invoice number. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 working days.
