Who we are
Arclay Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Arclay") provides a workspace for teams. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and the product, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Details you give us in forms (name, work email, company, team size, role, message), account details when you sign in, billing details when you buy a plan, and basic usage data such as pages visited. Payment card details are handled by our payment partner and never reach our servers.
How we use it
To run your workspace, answer enquiries, schedule demos, send receipts and invoices, and, only if you opt in, send our newsletter. We do not sell personal data and we never train models on customer content.
Where it is stored
Data is stored with reputable cloud providers. Business workspaces can choose to keep all data in our Mumbai region.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or unsubscribe from marketing email at any time by writing to hello@arclay.in.
Retention
We keep account data while your workspace is active and for up to 90 days after it is closed, and billing records for as long as tax law requires.
